Nicole Richie’s Traffic School Rush

Like clockwork, Nicole Richie was spotted out in Los Angeles for her court appointed traffic school on Wednesday (September 3).

Accompanied by her bodygaurd/chauffeur, Miss Richie hopped

out of the car to run inside - looking to be in such a rush that she buttoned her shirt up the wrong way.
