Ashanti Gets into Tourism

Sure, she’s sold a ton of albums and sold out concerts all by the world, but that’s not ample for Ashanti.  Her latest venture is in the realm of tourism.

The “Mesmerize” songstress was spotted yesterday

at the launch event for Nassau county’s new tourism campaign.  Being that she’s originally from distant Island, it seemed fitting that she was chosen to become one of nine new ambassadors for the initiative.
